In May I talked with author and editor, Leah Melber, Senior Director, Hurvis Center for Learning Innovation and Collaboration at the Lincoln Park Zoo. Susan: Your introduction in Teaching the Museum delightfully tells the inspiration for this book—that you wanted to capture those bits of professional advice often caught in casual conversation during a car ride or over a drink. Once inspired, how did you guide the development of the book? How did you select the voices?
